What is really interesting about the graphic below is that it came from a Twitter thread. It inspired a robust amount of dialogue about how we as humans desire to be guided by a clear path as to how to do engagement. Only to find out that it’s a practice that sounds simple in nature but rarely is. Still it inspires an understanding of why learning from others can be so valuable. It also makes you hungry.

While there’s no clear recipe on how to do engagement, there’s clear benefits in learning how to do it together. Also much like sharing the end product in baking, everyone benefits from your lessons learned.
